The IP-Personal MWO has a one year bumper to bumper warrantie. Inventive Products puts forth dilligent effort to answer any e-mails and phone calls to assist in every way possible to resolve any issues regarding the setup and trouble shooting for all our equipment. Please do not heasitate to call with any questions or concerns. If a repair is needed, IP will do all we can to expedite that repair and typically can fix and return a machine within 48 hours.

Specific to the MOW, the spark gaps are not covered under the warrantee as they are supposed to wear, however it typically takes over 3 years of use before the gaps will need maintance, and Inventive products will replace the gaps and service the machine for a very reasonable price. For warrantee repair, the client is responsible for packaging and shipping to Inventive Products, and Inventive Products will pay return shipping if indeed the product has a valid warrantee repair. For product out of warrantee, Please call and get return authorization and an estimate on repair cost.
