How do I buy your products?

We prefer to speak with our customers one on one when considering purchasing one of our products. This is especially true when considering a substantial investment such as one of our Multi-Wave Oscillators. We are an honest and ethical business and feel a personal approach in the sales process works best.

What Guarantee and Return Policy do you offer?

Our machines have a 60/90 day partial money back guarantee if for any reason you feel that the MWO is not performing up to your expectations. Customer must keep written experimental notebook for the months of use, and you return it to us in its original packaging in good condition within the first 60 days, we will refund to you 60% of your purchase price. If you elect to return you machine between 60 and 90 days, we will refund 50% your purchase price. After 90 days we will not accept returns except for repair or upgrade. The client is responsible for packaging and shipping cost back to Inventive Products and refunds will not be made for damaged machines either through shipping damage, or through abuse, or improper set up and operation of the machines. All guarantee returns must have a RMA number which can be obtained by calling IP prior to shipment.
